Hello master, would you please clarify the hand position on the stomach. Does it start at the navel?

Good question! Your thumbs can meet an inch or two above your navel. The tips of your index fingers 2 or 3 inches below the navel.

Probably before eating one or a few hours after eating...depends on your digestion rate.

The Yong Chun points are located on the bottom of each foot, just below the 'ball' of the foot, where the arch begins...
