So you might want to research the legislation law which prevents homicide because if someone in your family is murdered, the police can't take the complaint unless you know the exact legislation which makes homicide a crime. The only time that this rule does not apply is if you’ve lost it or you’ve reported it stolen or if it is in our possession.

My goodness that security guard (no SIA badge, so let's call him "Flipper") is a piece of work... what a bloody nightmare he must be to work with. The officer in the purple coat I felt could probably handled it herself, but Flipper's intervention escalated the whole thing to a ridiculous degree and left her scrambling to stop the whole thing turning into a disaster. Ultimately Sergeant's approach of "I see your point and you're right. I'll do what I can do improve things, but you really can't go past here" resolved the situation easily to everyone's satisfaction. Top marks to him, and the little touch of humour is always nice to see from a copper. Lastly, PC Fowler should know that there is NO legislation around common assault in the UK. It's a common law offence, and the correct case law for words being a form of assault is R v Wilson [1955] 1 WLR 493 and R v Constanza [1997] Crim LR 576 among others. "Fighting words" is an American term that actually has very little to no meaning in English law. Keep up the great work!

Came across your channel purely by chance. Had a look at some of your other stuff and now have subscribed. You do good work, so hopefully your numbers will go up.

23:23 who is that SIA joker? Then he engages in "why do you do this? Aren't you bored?" If he gets three people a week giving him hassle then they need to put some signs up saying "no public access". "Google lawyer" - yes, anyone can use Google to locate the relevant legal documents. How did the report go?

1st one of your video's I've watched after your channel popped up on the recommended list......good stuff, well handled........ Subbed!👍

I don’t understand why it’s difficult for security guys to show their SIA badge.

30:50 Section 4a of the public order act covers the fighting talk. The guard intentionally meant to threaten you when he said to meet up off site. There was no sign of any cordial conversation prior, only threats and constant goading. There is no way a reasonable person would think that it required a conversation to be carried out off site - not unless the guard wanted to do something that he couldn't whilst working. And having a cordial conversation is something he can do whilst working, since he is already having a conversation at this point in time.

The security guard made himself look a complete fool , obviously he isn't that bright. Resorts to threats of violence when can't handle a situation. He should have his SIA card withdrawn.

25:50 puts his hands in his pocket, a sign he knows he's wrong and he's being submissive, like when a mother tells a 4 year old to put their hands in their pockets at the store

31:00 PC Fowler keeps demanding that PttP needs to know which section is to be used. Nope, that's not how it works. PC Fowler is the one who needs to know the law.

When you see a sign for a cycle way and public footpath, there is another sign where it ends, i suggest that is way further up the road and that barrier is for cars only. The law dosen't work off common sense as the copper said, you can't enforce a law or restriction by saying "commom sense tells you" Very impressed they beamed Jean-Luke Picard down to help out.
