Best thing I did with my 07 classic was add shortly headers parid with high flow cat's from flowmaster and a 3 inch 10 series muffler

Sounds great, but that "cackling" shit annoys the hell outta me. What creates that or eliminates it from a good sounding low tone exhaust? I even hate that "cackle' on my Harley so I leave the baffles in my longshot pipes.

Nice truck! Now he just needs to take the grandpa edition mud flaps off for God sake! I run the kooks high flow cats and they also work great! The only mufflers I'll run are straight-through magnaflows! Don't kill power and have a tone instead of just noise like most trucks.

i made that same mistake. highflow cats with flowmaster super 10's sounds good everywhere except 2000-2500 RPMs it starts to fart-clap. idk how to fix it

I put 2 of them on my 1965 f100. 351 true duals with stock manifolds and a 4 barrel carb. Sounds really good and no noticeable drone on the highway. They do get a little louder as they break in but still not bad at all in the cab. Hope that helps
