No 2 drummers,Burns and Pyle

My apologies on this. Yes we know there were only 2 drummers before the crash. Bob Burns and Artimus Pyle. Did not mean to say “Bob Barns” and mislead or confuse anyone.

Just to help you out Ed King excited the band because he did not like the violent behavior of the band or its members

Excited the band. How about exited.

He left because Ronnie used to get drunk and beat the shit out of his band members, total disrespect for the people that helped him make his dream come true, especially Ed King, he was the main writer for the band and as far as I’m concerned the best guitarist of the three.

Luv some Fried Gator Tail at Wyties Fish Camp👍🏾❤🤳Big Engine was Pretty much the House band last time I was there. They play the worst rendition of FREEBIRD I ever heard but they're a pretty good Band otherwise✌🏼🤠🌾

Good job 😊 when I was in Jr high school The Skynyrd boys came to the Altamont mall in Altamont springs Florida to sign 🤘 autographs. My buddies went. And I missed out.
@exittoadventure27 күн бұрын
Oh wow! Man I would still be heartbroken if I had missed out on that. I never got to see the original band, which sux. Got to see them after they reformed after the crash. Still love their music, especially the original stuff pre crash.

I'm very familiar with that house. Do you smell that smell. The smell of mold surrounds you! Beware anyone going into that place without a respirator. Also, look on the reviews of the house.

Oh no! That sucks that there's mold in there.

Fun video. Donnie was not the lead singer for 38 special and Gary was the rhythm guitarist. Allen was lead. Melody was daughter not Melanie.
@exittoadventure6 ай бұрын
38 Special was formed by singer-guitarists Donnie Van Zant and Don Barnes in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1974. Donnie and Don would share the lead vocal role from 1974-1987 when Don left the band. And then share the lead again from 1992-2013 when Donnie would leave the band. Don is now the lead singer from 2013-present day. Yes Melody was the daughter, didn’t mean to say Melanie, mouth got ahead of my brain, LoL. As far as Gary and Allen, I really believe it’s hard to say who was rhythm and who was lead. Because they all shared the duties of rhythm and lead on different songs. To me there was never really a cut and dry rhythm and lead person. And I feel like that’s one of the things that made the band so unique and really made them a step above the rest.

Skynyrd had no defined lead guitarist. They switched off with eachother.
@kennethgrimes5494Ай бұрын
They all played lead depending on the song at hand.
