How to tackle if HR ask the name of organisation from where we got the offer? As you mentioned it’s not advised to tell them the name of new company.

Some companies go for exit interview. Many don't bother about it, especially the manufacturing & printing sector.

@careerQ i have put the paper but im not serving my notice period and stopped and i have a received a exit interview email. Should i attend the meeting now.
