Detecting the interest flavour associated with the usual wandering mind can help change it from a source of suffering to a source of pleasure and freedom. This is the one occasion when I spoke up from behind the camera : ).

Whoever positively reframed the wandering mind, brilliant. My recent focus, right or wrong, has to try and make sense of my childhood and it’s negative impacts......once I’ve made sense I’m ok. I can put it aside, and then I see all the positive things. It’s just how my head does it, and I spent a 30 year career using that in my mental health nurse practice. I’ve always had a dim memory of my first teacher, so I’m five. I was constantly in trouble for not listening, so much so I was tested for deafness. It was just my Happy Wanderer. I’ve brought him back a bit more now, he’s very creative too, rich internal world. Thank you, bit more puzzle in place and a new T shirt. X

I’m really enjoying this talk and have some ‘feel good’, I suppose I need to be vigilant that it doesn’t become an unconscious story i.el. ‘Wow! Shinzen Young and Har Prakash Klasha are so wise, I’m so lucky to have been exposed to this,, ‘I’m so lucky, life is good’, ha ha. Such Happy Wanderings! Ha Ha! Thanks! John

Love that your explanations are so simple and clear. I have been learning much since I heard of you. When I reached what I felt was enlightenment I could not explain how I got there. I stopped meditating due to that failure. When I looked at your work though it finally hit me like a ton of bricks and I began to remember what I had forgotten. Morihei ueshiba speaks of this in the art of peace it was his second awakening. Have you experienced something similar?
