I really like the multi twists. They make the wrenches look very unique. Nice job.

My dad needed one for bending large gauge wire into cans when doing generator installs/ repairs. So I made him 2 handles out of 9/16 4150 round. A shorter one and longer one. And I threaded one end. Next I made 4 fork ends to accommodate different gauge wires, and drilled and tapped them so he could just interchange them. I gave them to him, they were perfect for use. He used them for a few months, then he found an adjustable one commercially made for $23 at the place he buys conduit from. He uses it now because it takes up less room in his tool box. Understandable, but I really don’t care for working for free or gifting people anything anymore now lol.

Happy new year! Thank you! I'm pretty excited, and a little nervous haha! But the Lord sustains me, so we'll just have to see how He wants to make that happen. :)

Tip. When sizing those two fork tines -- I know you mentioned using a lathe -- but often a spinning [handheld] drill chuck + grinder can accomplish the same goal.

Happy New Year Ethan! I pray that you and your family are doing well. As always I enjoyed your latest creations, bending tools and of course this video. I do have a suggestion for keeping an even surface while attempting to reduce the diameter of the round pins. I have chucked up round stock in a drill motor and run the drill at an even rpm. Hold the round stock square with the grinder while the grinder and the drill are both turning. Just keep it square and be gentle Lad.

Happy new year! Thanks for a year of kind words :) I Pray you guys are too! Sounds like it's being a little rough. Yes! you're absolutely right! Suppose I coulda mentioned that haha... I've found I'm usually better with my hands- which is weird- but I'll still do that in some cases, or even chuck a piece in the drill press and use sandpaper/files if it's really delicate.

Very nice work. Love how they turned out. Beautiful forging. Curious if you thought of hearing up the block to open up the holes instead of grinding the pins. Would also help with penetration on the welding.

Thank you! Could be- it's hard to say with parts I've swaged just how close they resemble the proper dimensions and such. I did preheat the welds regardless of course. :)
