Expanding on Kevin Wilson's Chord Progression #12!

In this video I use Kevin Wilson's Chord Progression #12 as my inspiration to create my own chord ideas. The ideas are in the neo-soul/jazz direction. The free tabs demonstrate all. There are some great voicings for major 7 chords in here as well as some simple chord-melodies. It's a good study in R&B/Gospel Guitar.

Why 3 naturally wants to go to the 6th?

Mr. Dacoulis....need a favor..whether you reply or not ..have D'Angelico Premier double cutaway...nickel humbuckers standard. However one humbucker is a Seymour Duncan the other is not. These pickups are not voiced...for jazz guitar. Too bright and brittle..roll tone off ...becomes mud. No clarity whatsoever...Contacted manufacturer numerous time for support services...apparently they can't respond to polite criticism and offer alternative solutions for pickups. Would you be so kind as to tell me pickups on your instrument in this video. Pots...and capacitor....if possible. Thanks either way.

Hi Michael - this guitar has the Seymour Duncan 59 pickups that came with the guitar. They seem to work well.
