Only 21 likes and 1,355 views. Its HARD to look at the shit and admit it to yourself,but if you look at the crap and bad in side yourself on a regular basis you'll find that the self brutal honesty is the best self daily practice that any one can do. It's hard at 1st but it does get easier. I've been doing for the last 6 years and this man gave me the route to do this
