On my whistle-stop tour of Ghana in 2019, I visited my family in Tema but wasn't there long enough really to enjoy the area but from what I saw it was really bustling in Community 11 where they are. I heard that Tema was the first area Nkrumah built following independence. I'm from Accra and wanted to stay there when I visited Ghana but it was so expensive that I ended up in Osu which is nearby. Thank you for the video.

What are the landlord tenant laws. If you’re renting do they fix everything? Does electricity comes with the rent? What about water? Garbage? Can you have anyone live with you? Do you sign a lease? And if you want to break the lease what happens?

We love you , the channel.& the children. Both properties were definitely affordable . I prefer the 1st property but don't like being on the second floor . The second property was spacious outside , the rooms were too small for me . The size is best for a single person , two students or maybe a young couple starting out . By the way Tony , I saw the mouse running across the room in the second property , I played the video so that I could make sure that my vision was correct your Davsnnah , Georgia sister , married to a Ghsnaian still temporarily trapped in New York ...
