after looking at several homes around Mérida, we saw this privada and wanted to get in sooo bad. We decided to walk up to security and give it our best shot. You want believe this!

I realized that I never answered your original question. (my bad) The house as shown with all the additionals is $4,600,000MXN which at today's exchance would equate to $264,842USD.
