It's not as annoying as dog poop though, yes bird's poop more than dog's but the bird poop is so easy to clean while dog poop is harder.

The thing about bird poop is you can just casually lay on the couch to find out there is poop because you might not see it. I always find bird poop in the most weird places even the bathroom and the kitchen because birds can fly😯

Also I am terrible at training my budgie only knows step-up and flies to me on call. I can't teach him anything else he hates training even if I give him his favorite treat😅

@@cereng.4950 the bird series had Budgie's pooping in certain area's, also, if you feed your bird there favorite treat all the time. They will think they won't need to do anything for it. So favorite treats should be used for training and for when they do something good.

I have a really smart bird STORY TIME! Last year, the day of my grandpa's funeral, I was getting ready and went to hold my parrot. I walked up to his cage and noticed that he looked weird. He was sticking his tongue out, but his beak was closed. I picked him up and realized that his entire lower beak had been bit off. I screamed in horror and went to tell everyone. Turns out, my grandpa's old bird, Tito, had bitten it off. He was a cockatoo and my bird is a Conure. Huge size difference. Anyways, we thought my beloved bird was going to die. My grandma tried everything, but my bird did it all on his own. My grandma started making bird bread for him and he learned to eat but Upside down! His beak soon healed and he is back to being his normal self! Tito on the other hand, kept attacking my bird. So we ended up finding him a new home. My bird had his toe bit but something odd happened. It literally grew back! Another unusual thing is that he can talk. Normally Green Cheeked Conures cannot talk. (Yes, like the one in the video, no mutation) but he always screams my name and whispers "hi" to me. Buddie is a trooper. Sorry for this essay. Lol. Just saying how smart birds can really be.

I've had my for a year now and got it from petsmart. Mine doesnt do any of these things. Really it doesnt do much st all. It's not really scared of my but It doesnt care about me. It's just sits there most of the time. I've done a good bit of research and I'm still just a beginner but damn it sucks seeing everyone with the bird I want mine to be.

@Proxi Centaurian Keep pushing! The key to owning a bird is to be interactive with it and slowly work up to where you want your relationship to be. Have your bird out of its cage whenever you can, talk to it and maybe even give it some millet from your hand. Keep encouraging it to stand on your finger/shoulder for long periods of time so it can become more used to you, and therefor care about you more. Also offer it other treats that it likes from your hand so it associates you with happy experiences, and so it will want to be with you more, which will then help your relationship with your bird. Also, I know this is a bit crazy, but I find getting your bird a friend helps a lot too. At first my bird was extremely scared of me and wouldn’t go anywhere near me, but when I got it a friend (another budgie) it became much more confident and it trusted me a lot more. It is definitely hard work, trust me, but in the end it is extremely rewarding! Keep trying! 😊

Heres another one im experiencing Getting a bird for the first time Expectation: birds loving their new cage adoring all the toys they get now compared to before and loving the treats you give them Reality: birds scared of you not trusting the toys and the cat wanting to eat them Im actually doing good with them though my birds are now chewing on their toys. one comes up to my finger and im halfway there with the other. and my cat now knows to leave them alone otherwise she'll get sprayed with water
