Fantastic job Lauren!! Such a professional job describing every aspect and detail of this amazing mat!! I'm so impressed!! You got that super cool flair, and the mat just seems amazing!! Is it REALLY good for side sleeping? I have a tiny bit of doubts still! Any experience of actually sleeping on this thing an entire night? Side sleeping? And also, is the 4.8 R value quite accurate?? I keep getting different info about it! Some say it's only 2. Something r value!

We don't have much feedback on these yet, so can't say for sure just how good they are for side sleepers. It offers 7cm of thickness which some side sleepers may find limiting, but there is always a bit of a trade off with a camp mat. As for the R-Value, this is tested to the ASTM F33540-18 standard, so can be compared to any other mat tested to the same standard. It should provide good insulation for all-round use. The 2.something value you refer to may be for the Ultralight version. ~ Ben
