II love these mats and agree that they are very comfortable. I use a mattress cover on it now but, before I thought to use one, the pad stood up to my german shepherd’s paws. I had 2 previous brands of pads that did not survive lol. I also have the Exped 7.5 medium width mat because I replaced the passenger’s seat in my 2 door Jeep with a platform so I can sleep in it, and the smaller Exped mat fits perfectly in the space.

Again you know quality, along with my bristlecone and the lxw exped I'm sleeping very, very well in camp. R value, bristlecone and four corners winter camping makes me happy.

Thanks for the video! I have this mat (or pad) too, it is so comfy, sturdy for heavier set people and whilst expensive... you get what you pay for sometimes. I was hesitant at first, but 100% worth it now I've got one!! Makes sleeping outdoors like sleeping on your normal mattress!
