Please point out that every 5 levels on the expedition are harder cuz they have 3 successive marches that you must factor in with your march composition and general selection. A lot of strong players including myself was stuck on lvl 245 and I'm K42! You must click on the lvl 245 on the expedition home screen to see that you'll be facing off against Elise, Simeon and Roland in that order so you'll need not only mixed marches but the leading march will face Elise's ground then your main gen should be Cav then pair with a ground gen. I seen another commenter say that 10K layers work that's absolutely correct. For Cav/ground need 10K layers of each up to T11 then heavy on 14/13 and even throw in some archers so you have them left over to kill the last Roland march. Study the attack lost reports and make adjustments to favor the troops that did the most work. This is a very deep and good feature in the game with amazing rewards that teaches us to actually read reports and understand what works and what doesn't

Poseidon is for chilling. Yes. To unlock the creatures you have to go down as fast as your cable reaches. When the bubble of the hook drops you also need to circle around everything to go deeper. If you hook anything while sinking without a bubble, then it goes up.

@@tanjiro2507 a 50% reduction in their income, is a good start. We all wish for a better gaming experience. So why not all of us have a little bit of discipline and show Evony that we want better from them. One of the major topics is lag in battlefield.

Same for a lot of the players in my Alliance too; especially F2P who can while away a little time without spending. It seems a bit miserly of Evony to make the two 'decent' rewards only 30 days though; I'm sure giving F2Ps another relatively easy (and attractive) Avatar Frame wouldn't have broken the bank!

Ive done Posiedon... it's a little more intense if you get deeper into it..... And that is a key ..... Going deeper and using the special items at the right time.... one trick is to avoid grabbing things too soon,,,,,,,, pull your hook as far to the side as you can don't let it hit anything for as long as you can

I lucked out when I raised a Champion and got *Tachibana* - it appears she's a good but not _ridiculously strong_ General (like some recent additions). At best I'll probably only have a single copy so she'd have to Assist so I'm looking at who she works with. I hope this helps you and anyone trying to or wanting to pair her from my list of available Generals: _Yes_ : *Merlin* , *Charles XII* , *Marcus Agrippa* , *Himiko* , *Mihai* , *Ragnar* , *Douglas* , *Gnarr* , *Godfrey* , *Alfred* (and *Frederick* if you are still using the occasional Purple 🤣) _No_ : *Elektra* , *Idunn* , *Edward the Black Prince* , *Louis IX* (and, oddly, *Harald III* despite him being Mixed not Ranged) Thanks for the Battlefield Buff Tip for *Expedition* ; that might get me up another few more... I think this is a great addition for F2P who have had a long hard grind but now can get gegular rewards for having built up a strong force!

@@RedEvony Oh, the other (non-detailed) thing I don't know if you can find out without owning her: Her Covenant is *Himiko* , *Frigg* and *Hestia* (as an aside this makes me happy as I have them) - the 'Global Buffs' for the Covenant are only Ranged Training Speed and _Reinforcing_ Ranged Troop Defence so not one to add to your MUST DO list

Might Aka - a humble suggestion/request: What can lower level players do to maximize the pain to level 35 and higher players if they attack? I find the fact that level 35 can have a power up around 2B (or sometimes more) while a lvl 28-30 will struggle to get to 100M really gets on my nerves. I'd like to find a way where I can present a profile to an L35 scout that makes them hesitate before taking me on. Don't know if this means having 100M T1, having 100k-200k of each category in T1-T10, having at least 500k traps and 500k T10 siege machines, or something else entirely.

Until k33 there is nothing you can do unfortunately. You need the achamenidae gear on your sub city generals and then after that you will need to make sure your wall general has full flat refines for mounted troops, and then after that you can train 100-200m t1 mounted to make a k35-39 probably not attack you solo

I have to 100% agree with @santhiner; *K33* is the big change point so you can (slowly) put Achmenidae (or Parthian) sets on all your Sub Generals and get enough Debuffs to survive some hits from bigger Keeps (below K40 anyway).

I am a k35, I have 4.8 billion in power. I have over 880 million troop, my buffs are around 1400 for range, seige, ground and mounted. Most of my sub generals are premium, with ascended Achaemenidae gear and all gold specialties. And they are 2 read stars. Training as many T 4's down to T1's. Then train as many as possible T7's T8's. I can fully defend against K43's on down with no issues.

@@bobcasher8373 Agreed, but the OP was asking about K28-K30 at since they can't make Achmenidae Gear essentially they don't stand a chance but maybe I cas being conservative with 'below K40 anyway'... I meant to at least K40. Some K42s hit a lot harder than others.

Tachibana works as assistant with elektra. I switched from Eleanor due to her higher main skill buffs and her specialties look really promising

Just re-checked; she does _NOT_ work assisting *Elektra* - reason "Skill is the same as Main General's Skill _Blood Restrain_ and cannot take effect"

For the Poseidon event the lower you go with the fishhook the better/rare items appear

I did the Poseidon's event the first time it was available. I haven't done it since because I didn't really see the value of spending more time in the game for minimal return value.

Tachibana is similar to Louis Leading ranged gen that cant take skill book, stat growth isn't crazy or anything, and covenants are kinda meh lol Sigurd is still king of Leading ranged gens (he can take attack skillbook) and is an amazing assist gen in comparison with his high attack specialities

SvS sucks for us. we cant get a server close to us, we have a hand full of k37s and keep getting servers k40 12+ bill. when do they match you up on power or general power? makes the coin strike so much easier imo. lol

Break the coin strike! It's nothing but a cover for cheaters wanting their alts & mains unbanned! Helping them out will just widen the gap between the players with lots of alts and the rest! Btw, Tachibana looks like Mu Guiying.
