One of the best expedition videos I have seen. Beautiful scenery, the Land Rover doing what it is meant to do not going to extremes, the diesel engine ticking away, and the cooked meals (Finish cuisine?) look delicious.

It's wonderful watching what a series 2A 109" diesel LAND ROVER is supposed to be doing. I'm the proud original owner of a series 1 diesel 86" wheel base and a 1965 series 2A diesel 109" station wagon. They're still the best thing going. Safe travels and journeys. We’re planning on doing so for the future. Next big trip planned for 2022. Maybe we will manage to edit some 2019 footage in the meantime. ;)

I’d like to see more of theses videos please.... what the engine, it sounds like a Land Rover diesel but I’m pretty sure I noticed the turbo so I’m guessing it’s the old 2.5 TD 19j? Most people hate this engine but I’ve got 2 19j and providing you don’t let them get to hot and plenty of serving I think it’s a good old engine!

Its a 200tdi coupled to ZF-Auto. The next part is hopefully coming in about three weeks.

Flatbaddriver ok well even better, a genuine defender 200 tdi... my own 200 tdi has covered over 300,000 miles and in the 16 years I’ve owned it the engines never missed a beat..
