This is just what I wanted to see!! I actually really like the look of this style. I don't have this one, but all their other shorts have lasted me a long time. I love how you are review every aspect of these shorts. Liner, drawstrings, fly, minimal logo, etc. I like how their shorts have the stretchy material in the crotch area. I usually get the unlined versions of their shorts because I like to wear them a few times before washing. If you didn't know, Lulu has an insane return policy. You can return them to the store without a receipt and they'll replace it for you. Great review Sir!

Great video! Just curious about the sizing for the shorts for you. I'm 5'6 and 155 lbs. I normally wear small, in brands like Nike etc. However trying on Lulu stuff, I found that is too slim around the waist. But when I tried on their mediums, the waist fits ok, but then I find the legs a bit too baggy. Not sure if Lulu stuff is right for me. But it does seem like a high quality and well put together product.
@kickitwithdang2 жыл бұрын
I actually did another video on lululemon shorts that may also help: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oJLFpHaBm6-td9k but generally yeah, I’d say lululemon shorts tend to run pretty slim . If you like the baggier shorts, I’d opt for more sports brands like Nike, Under Armour, etc. athletic shorts categorized as ‘basketball shorts’ tend to run more roomy in the thighs. Good luck and thanks for watching !
@BadBoy_6042 жыл бұрын
@@kickitwithdang hi man, just to clarify my comment it was the waist with the small size that was too tight, not the legs. I'm not looking for loose fitting basketball style shorts. When I put mediums on, the the Lulu Pace Breaker 5 inches were then too loose around the legs.
@kickitwithdang2 жыл бұрын
@@BadBoy_604 oh I see . Yeah I’m pretty similar dimensions as you at 5’ 8” and 150. I am wearing mediums as well, but I guess I do prefer a little more thigh room haha . I like the detail on the drawstrings. I also really like that maroon colour, it almost looks like black from a distance. And it's nice that they aren't too tight and nice and breezy. Great review on something I’d definitely consider buying! I own some workout clothes from Lululemon and think they’re all really high quality, but can sometimes be a bit too tight. To be perfectly honest, Lulu as a brand (where I am in Singapore) targets ladies and their clothing series more, so the brand never actually cross my mind. Off-topic: I told my mum, shorts for guys can actually be more costly than pants and she give me that stare, till we actually visit the store. Honesty, it has been a continuous quest to find that perfect shorts - I tried Uniqlo and also sport brands like Adidas, Nike etc to varying results. Lately, I settled on the Nike ACG cargo shorts which were quite costly but suit me for various purposes such as trekking, hiking and general sports.
