Experience Alaska | Halibut

Cape Shaken, "Open Ocean", this is the place we have heard stories about since arriving to Ketchikan, AK. And finally FINALLY it happened... Well for Jan it did. Thanks to Worman Sportfishing, Tj, and Alex she got to hop on the boat last minute. We had a great day fishing with Matt from Knudson Cove Marina and some of his crew Kade and Cole. The water was glass.

We are in Florida cutting trees from Hurricane Micheal. We would love to be fishing right now. The hurricane clean up has kept us busy. Its expensive to have your own stuff in Alaska so we are working in the winter towards that. Hope to start back fishing and filming in May. Thanks for checking in on us :)

My brother and I were in Ketchikan a week and a half ago on a cruise. We took a fishing charter for the day and had a blast. We've been talking about flying back to spend a few days up there. Do you guys have a tour or charter that you run? Just trying to support the channel if that's possible.

Curious why you didn't release those tiny red rockfish??

Each one of those is a dinner for 2-4 people. Those aren't incidental to the halibut, they are targeting them separately. It would be irresponsible to practice catch and release for rockfish at those depths.
