Hey guys. It’s Richard and my son Eli! It was great meeting you today at Alaska Strike Zone. Thanks for taking the photo w us. I’m still absolutely gutted about the monster salmon I lost. But will be back to get him next time.

It sure feels good to get them in the boat. Felt like pulling up a truck from the bottom.

I'm thinking you caught so many on the last run, It may be a well stocked freezer has kept content to a slow row! ;)

We are in Florida cutting trees from Hurricane Micheal. We would love to be fishing right now. The hurricane clean up has kept us busy. Its expensive to have your own stuff in Alaska so we are working in the winter towards that. Hope to start back fishing and filming in May. Thanks for checking in on us :)

My brother and I were in Ketchikan a week and a half ago on a cruise. We took a fishing charter for the day and had a blast. We've been talking about flying back to spend a few days up there. Do you guys have a tour or charter that you run? Just trying to support the channel if that's possible.

We work with Alaska Strike Zone Sportfishing. We will be running a boat this coming up season for Salmon trips/bottom fishing/halibut trips. Alex also runs a charter boat for Strike Zone. You can check out our rates at www.alaskastrikezone.com/fishing-charter-rates/ It would be awesome to take you both out! Very cool thank you for the support.

- Now those were some barn doors!! Awesome fish. How come you fished the rods in the holders? Fishing for skate in the UK we just harness up. Where was this shot? Looks like some amazing scenery aswell.👍🏻 I’ve started doing fishing vids in the UK, please check them out and sub back when you get chance. 😉 Tight lines guys 👍🏻🎣

Curious why you didn't release those tiny red rockfish??
@andydouglass13745 жыл бұрын
Each one of those is a dinner for 2-4 people. Those aren't incidental to the halibut, they are targeting them separately. It would be irresponsible to practice catch and release for rockfish at those depths.
