MM does has outright speed and I think he was quicker than CC this night, but I wonder about his race craft. He's apparently a smart dialed in dude so it's kinda surprising he has so many issues that could be avoided. I think Sexton is riding above his threshold, this is kind of a shitty example as I'm no where close to his speed, but I remember my first year in the 450 A class and it was filled with big get offs and a few wins. I would get so geeked I was leading a moto or in position to pick off the leader I rode above my head and paid the price in bones. You do make a great point and I like "calculated aggression" as a good descriptive term on how to manage a series whether it be outdoors of sx. you know Tomac not only has incredible speed, he knows where and when to use it do to his experience and race craft. He's one of the greats for sure and his win column shows it. Nice vid btw dude, glad I found your channel a few weeks back.

Yes these guys need more time to develop. They should not be able to earn there pro license until 18. Which would mean it take 2 years for most to earn pro license earning a 250 spot at age 20. The problem is it would decrease the entry and put more of the cost of racing on the manufacture and the race teams. Not sure if $ r there or if manufacturers are taking advantage of the riders.
