Anyone know if the clip of Austin on 80s on the practice track, was at Bubba's place in GA?

imagine if the ama were sued due to discrimination...childhood trauma is a real problem...wish he woulda got the help he needed...always felt his penalties were a ridiculous attempt at the sport to put up a front like only good guys ride mx

I will argue till the end but Stewart has a signature scrub but Jeremy McGrath invented the scrub and an unknown racer named Jason Falcon was scrubbing harder then James Stewart in 99 to 07 although he’s a huge fan of Stewart and would be nervous racing James because of scrubbing. But James Stewart is a legend for sure.

Imagine what Stew would do to 9 dinky whoops? Glad I was able to watch him destroy them for years. Sometimes they destroyed him. The JGR deal should have been a match made in heaven, but the Yammie wasn’t good then.

I don’t think there will ever be another rider as exciting as James was. From 🇨🇦, my favourite athlete of all time. Nobody in sports has been more watchable. Great in the booth too, offsets RC who is not good at all.

Great video, I got to see him race a lot in person it was amazing to watch. He would show up at Elsinore and ride on a weekday, it was such a cool era in Moto.

I think my favorite moment was a race at Washougal where he and RC where racing head to head to quickly that they basicly lapped to 3rd on a HUGE track.

So many of these young fans that are so high on Jett Lawrence never witnessed the kind of writing that Stewart Carmichael and McGrath did in their day
