Wow! Ilocos empqnada. First time ako mkatikim nyan nung pumunta ako ng Vigan mga 20yrs ago. Actually, that was the first and last time I had that. Di ko na nga maalala kung ano lasa nya. Hehehehe. Sayang walang papaya. Ilocos Empanada is pretty much a filipino food it's very different from Spanish/Mexican empanadas which is more of a stuff bread that is baked.
