The problem seems to be that Baking soda absorbs the super glue better. It's a finer substance than cement or charcoal. As a result, there is more super glue in the baking soda. If you would grind down the cement and charcoal to the same granularity as the baking soda, the results might be different.

If you have attached a scale to one end and tested it 10 times, you would have a more reliable experiment.
