The o-rings are seemingly not rigid enough to stand up to the acceleration and spin, but are conceptually sound. If the forward seat area was not grooved, but were instead a step with the larger portion toward the tip, a broader band of soft metal could be heated, then shrunk to the body. The rearward seal would likely be unnecessary.

Also think about what a tube extended would do to the groups of LEO's or military if they tried a gun grab. That much energy transfer would drop any man that is breathing. That gel shot was AMAZING!!!!! You can really see the petal tracks during the high-speed footage and the gel-block immortalized the hit beautifully. That's a fine work of art right there. Could be a very nice gift!

If someone survived the initial energy dump of this thing, they wouldn't be around long after with 1 entry wound, at least 1 exit wound and internal bleeding from 8 internal wound cavities. This would make a fantastic self defense round, but for hunting, this borders on being too destructive and easily causing damage to the meat.

Definitely one of the BEST slugs I've seen on here so far. The combination of energy distribution and penetration is just flat out amazing. The overall design is awesome too, given the lack of tumbling. I would definitely put this slug in the top 3-5 that I've seen on the channel. GREAT JOB Ballistic Machinist!
