I still think the hand pie is best. Like you said, I think it just needs to be rolled out thinner, have more filling added and spread out closer to the edges. Great video. I learned things!

Okay, you didn’t ask for ideas but I’m thinking if you had your eggs done in the skillet, then mix the eggs, the cheese and the sausage throughout the dough. The steam from the dough would tenderize the eggs I believe that way you could cut it into strips and braid it easily, or cut it into biscuit shapes, but hey, you’re the expert
