Honestly, I can totally relate to the insomnia I used to sleep all day and be awake all night. i suggest staying awake, like an extra hour every day till you get to a time you're comfortable with, like 8 pm or something it worked for me it took like a week or two! And i suggest maybe melatonin could help you? It doesn't work for me, sadly I just listen to asmr to help me so it stops my brain from thinking till I'm sleepy where I don't think much! Your videos really help me actually and make me fall asleep early, so thank you ❤

This was one of the best asmr videos I've watched in a long time. I had so many deep tingles, and for once it truly felt like my brain was being brushed. I just woke up and checked from my smart watch how well I slept... I got over 1 hour of deep sleep. I average about 10 minutes of deep sleep every night, and after watching this video it bumped up to over an hour?? This just proves your video is the best there is.
