I'm glad you posted this! Recently I had a client who I discovered can't get down to the ground safely. She can get up from the ground, using a method she learned from watching a toddler, like in this video! I sent her the link you give at the end of the video, for the Progressions for getting down to the ground. Thank you for these offerings!

Thanks so much, Karin, and you are very welcome. As much as I respect movement professionals, I still consider babies and toddlers to be movement experts. It's their full-time job.

I enjoyed this video for the mere fact that she included the 2 toddlers. You were spot on when you said “they were experts”. For that reason I decided to subscribe to your channel. BTW, I failed the sitting to rising test, but I’ll keep practicing.

Thanks Anita. I think the test is bogus. Many ppl who are otherwise very fit cannot come up cross legged for many reasons.
