How much of treshold should i bring up for each band. Low mids and highs

Unfortunately there is no general number. The right threshold level depends greatly on the sound you are trying to achieve and the actual sound you are trying to compress. If you have a specific case then it can easier to tell you how much. Thanks for the comment
