Your body can use more than glucose for energy, you can use fat, be it from the fat on your body, or the fat in your food. You can eat a High Protein/Fat food with zero Carbs and your body won't trigger insulin, you'll just use the fat for fuel to give you energy.

type 2 can also be naturally occuring. people's bodies just naturally make too much insulin which causes type 2 diabetes overtime. theres nothing you can do in a lot of cases. there are actually types of diabetes that dont respond to lifestyle or dietary change at all.

When we eat Carbohydrates it converted in to glucose 1. Then it stored in liver 2. when liver storage if full 3. It stored in muscle 4. If muscle storege is full then it convert and stored in Fat of body

The body needs zero sugar or carboydrate intake. You do need glucose but it is manufactured by the liver. There is anout a teaspoon of glucose in the bloodstream.

It doesnt get stored elsewhere. It stays in the blood, which makes the pancreas work harder to produce more insulin in the hopes that the cells will now respond (imagine there is a person guarding the cell’s door, keeping it locked. Then insulin is asking it to be opened to carry the glucose inside but the guard is noy budging, insulin now calls for back up, more persons to convince the guard to open up 😅)

It would be healthy if we exercise a lot and eat whole foods, fresh, with water or unsweet tea. The man-made junk food cause the pancreas to release A LOT of insulin each meal to handle it

Question please. Can you overwork the pancreas with a bad diet early in life? I'm not referring to childhood obesity. Just a constant overindulgence in soft drinks. and refined sugar. Can you just ware it out?

Of course. Poor diet with too many refined foods, sweeteners, veg seed oils + too little exercise. Solution: build muscle daily AND eat more veggies, greens, beans, raw nuts and meat. Sleep well. Reduce stress

@@Acts-1322 thats terrible advice. eating meat increases insulin. the proper way to deal with insulin resistance is to go on ketogenic diet and also intermittent fasting.

Just so we're clear, you're pushing for a diet of 70% butter/ghee, avocados, olive oil, and walnuts-for-your-high-fat keto? Lol people go off the deep end these days with a lack of common sense I tell ya. (Btw, you made no mention of exercise. Diet alone has a very poor outcome for overall METABOLIC HEALTH... Idc what the scale says since skinny people also get diabetes, strokes, dementia, fatty liver, heart disease, neuropathy, etc)

@@centralprocessingunit4988Meat doesn’t increase insulin unless you are eating carbohydrates or sugar. Protein may cause a slight insulin response but not enough to cause insulin resistance compared to eating a diet of pure sugar and carbs

It might be good if you told people that the liver can't process the glucose and makes fat cells; to get rid of the fat, a prson needs to lover their carb levels so the liver can process the fat from the body.

Insulin resistance doesn't exist! Take your medical textbook and look up the Randle cycle.
