game freak if his cells increase rate of regeneration, it means that it increases rate of mitosis which all cells go through. The cells sort of divide and are generally genetically identical. If it was cancer cells and hashirama(sorry for spelling) actually speed up rate of mitosis for the cancer cells, that person is pretty much dead(unless you mean they have the cancer cells removed, then introducing hashirama cells for faster recovery from treatment/damage). It leads to uncontrolled cell division and hence some parts of the inside body get too big, presses on the blood vessels and cause tissue failure then organ failure. Or in hashirama cells case, since they already regenerate like crazy, it's likely that the over regen might kill you(your body might burst or become something you can't control that kills you from the inside)

Dan Pretty sure the crow is just an amalgamation of Chakra. A combination of Itachi's and Shisui's, I bet. It has been stated that chakra can be "shelved" or put aside to not be used such as when Naruto does this to his own chakra when using Kurama's chakra before they were on good terms, so I assume the crow became chakra that was put aside and lay dormant until it was summoned.

And does not affect your own chakra... And he had access to this technique for years on end... Infinite Tsukuyomi's main strength is its range. While Koto-Amatsukami can't be used on everyone in the world at once, it is FAR more useful, as the Infinite Tsukuyomi is more of a traditional genjutsu (as in, creating an illusionary world in the target's mind), while Koto-Amatsukami basically mind controls someone without them even realizing that they're being mind controlled.

Ok I have a legitimate question. Kotoamatsukami forces a person to obey the conditions/orders of the genjutsu correct? And since the order was protect the hidden leaf, Itachi was "forced" to attack Kabuto. But wouldn't that also force him to try and stop Sasuke as well? At the very end, Itachi told Sasuke that he would love him no matter what he did from this point on, even though he knew that Sasuke's goal at that point was to destory the leaf. So, yea now I'm confused.

@@XGoken it can do brute force aswell, it literelly brute forced itself out of Edo tensei which is literelly impossible to break free from unless you know the hand signs. It's more so koto gives literal orders and it shall be obeyed, the literal name of the jutsu speaks enough volumes. It's so subtle that you won't even realise your under it , if the user orders you to kill yourself then you will no matter what. It's hold is unbreakable dude.

I feel like the time constraint could be similar to Madara's 'Limbo' ability. Nagato had both of Madara's eyes, but he couldn't use it. Obito is more related to Madara than Nagato, being an Uchiha and all, but he couldn't use it either. I doubt Shisui had his Mangyeko Sharingan inactive for at least ten whole years, because that would mean he probably only used it once per eye before he was killed by Danzo. He was 16 when he died, so either he got both his base, and Mangyeko Sharingan at 6 years old at the latest, or he unlocked his eye later, and only used one eye one time. Maybe he used his left eye, which has Kotoamatsukami with the ten year recharge, and never used his right eye, which may have been weaker, with a shorter recharge. It doesn't really make sense how much is known about his eye, if there is such a large gap between demonstrations. The only way this all works out is if, like Madara's limbo, the effects are different when it isn't the original user. Edit: added a few words

Do you think Shisui's eyes are connected like how Saskue's and Obito's are. Same ability but each eye has its own effect of the same jutsu! As in Danzo using it in the five kage summit sending thoughts into Mifune's head (Shisui's right eye) and then Itachi having the left eye which would be the same jutsu however this completely changed his mindset permanently. Right has the ability to send thoughts into ones mindset once active and then the left could permanently change someone aspect on reality!

Itachi stated aswell that it needs a decade to recharge. I'm a Shisui fan but No where did it state that he could Spam it just because he is the Owner. He could have used it on Danzo and than use it on his Clan afterward, but it was clear that he was saving that Jutsu for his Clan but got caught. We have to go with the source and what's been stated, for now it's on the Theory department.
