Matt love your videos. Think your one of the best on understanding the load. Now one area I think you can make more videos on is bat path starting that back motion. @Teacherman Judges hitting instructor is teaching a bunch on this topic. I still gotta say your truly paying it forward.

My kid struggles with starting his turn before his front foot is down and because of that when his front foot finally comes down it’s pointing at the pitcher. We’re doing drills now to do what you just said not to do and get foot down before swinging lol. Over exaggerating it and hopefully meet somewhere in the middle for the perfect turn

We do one in the summer, but are opening our new facility soon, so should be doing more

Tonight at BP practice I had a player not feeling the back leg being loaded up but swaying. I got one of those mini portable pitching mound to place his back foot on. It was just a little angle and gave a good feel of how the left and need should move. In the matter of 5 swings, he started making better swings. You should try this on players having issues turning .
