My 1st coach was a pretty damn good coach (Horrible teacher) he basically took everybody who was a failure and let them play for him. Since it was my first year (And my friend where on that team) i decided to play. He said i may make it to the Major or Minor League Baseball if i tried so im trying!!! Taught us the bug squash technique so im trying to remove that from my swing.

I'm 47 years old and lucky enough that my body is still healthy enough to play baseball! Your videos have helped me to go "back to basics" which has helped improve my game even at my age! Now I'm an efficient lead off hitter who can still do damage without having to expend too much energy hitting .434 with 20-20 stolen bases! Thanks Coach Justin!

I study as many hitting coaches as possible, and have found that Justin's instructional material is up there with the best. His presentations are clear and easy to understand. Outstanding work by Justin. Steve Terry, Peterborough

Thank you. I taught kid to hit in little league like a golfer because all I knew was golf. Now he is on travel ball where the power and control is necessary. I see the difference of balancing from back to front of a driver VS a coiling load . This is a very detailed explanation. Tweaking the concept to a baseball swing. He is almost there.

This is something I been teaching my son since U5 as most coaches do not emphasize the importance of lower body balance. One thing I do differently is, I always put tee on top of home plate rather than front to make sure he doesn't rush his swing up and learn how to protect the plate. Tony Gwynn used to start his tee routine from the plate then slowly move around tee for differently angles...

Your videos have been absolutely instrumental to me and provided me the information I needed to offer good solid sound advice to my son. It’s his first year in majors, but for the past 2/3 years I’ve turned to your videos as a way to educate myself on baseball mechanics, because I did not play any youth sports myself. Thankfully, I’ve been able to make up for my lack of first hand knowledge, by watching your videos (usually more than once). I can’t express how much I appreciate the time and energy you put into your videos, and how thankful I am to have your channel to turn to. I’m a better parent because of the content you create. Infinitely grateful!

I sometimes tell my batters to snap your belt buckle to 3rd base (right handed hitter). Seems to help with their footwork the best.

It was nice to finally find a video that broke down the lower half of a swing. There are a lot of hitters that just arms. There is so much more power than they are not tapping into.

Very true seems to me when your front foot lands a pivot there also moves your front knee and hip when that happens as opposed to no front foot pivot or front hip opening the knob of the bat will be tighter to your back shoulder which is desirable then comes "hand action " thru the zone you know palm up palm down solid to the power triangle like your video
