@@andrewsteer8860 I assume you didn't watch the video....😀In all seriousness, it's usually best not to make assumptions...we don't know all the details, all we know is what Tim tells us, so let's trust him on this. It is clear that the Shmuseum channel was not more popular than the main channel; comparing views shows that the main channel was getting 2-3 times the views of the Shmuseum channel. I’ll be honest, I was one of those always asking about the shmuseum channel. It developed its own charm, and we grew to love Brad and Tom and the tasks you had them take care of. Clearly, I wasn’t alone. The channel grew very quickly as you stated and it makes me sad it’s gone. In the end, if it isn’t helping your brand I completely understand. Thanks for the explanation.

Certainly makes sense about the two channels effectively cannibalising each other, and as Tim says the success of the channels is what makes all this possible. I do miss the less formal style of the Shmuseum channel though. It felt like we got to see a little more of a glimpse of Tim rather than “Shmee”, just a little more of a personal peek behind the curtain.

Certainly never a topic that caused any upset; just quite complicated to actually explain - especially by comments individually to so many people. I still think there is a place for the Shmuseum channel, a video once a week even bi-weekly of behind the scenes, maintaining the cars, the logistics etc. Brad and an another maintains the garage, this would know way reduce the views on the main channel, but further enhance it. While you’re away on a 6 week tour the Shmuseum still has to be maintained, it was refreshing to see different faces, all the while promoting the brand. The Shmee 150 brand is a huge machine, but what’s goes on in the background. The Shmuseum channel gave us that, plus a bit more laid back, we saw a side to Tim that you don’t see on the main channel. I think if planned properly they could run along side each other and potentially an opportunity missed, over 130k subscribers and rising. Just my thoughts but with the right people Brad and an another the Shmuseum could see the level of subscribers that make it a viable option.

Just spent an hour reading thru Shmee’s replies to comments. First off, what kind of creator takes so much time out of their holiday to reply to angry people on the internet? Answer is none, Shmee is in a league of his own. I think it is clear that the Tom situation sucked but was required given the needs of the channel/business. Anyone who runs a business or is active in business knows that sort of stuff happens. Keep in mind that Tom has a life of his own, and likely requested privacy regarding the situation. Tim delivers time after time after time, it would be pitiful to take aim at him for making a business decision to keep the content A+. If you watched an hour long video and only took away “where’s Tom?” without listening to what Tim says, that’s on you. Love you Tim, thanks for 14 years of incredible content so far and however many amazing years are to come. Merry Christmas man

I like Tim and watch his videos from time to time. I’m a huge car guy and, so far, can only dream of owning any one of his super cars, let alone all of them. Very jealous of the fact he gets to drive so many dream cars. This video has a different vibe though. Seems like we’re watching, pun intended, a guy just collect a ton of stuff, much of it very expensive stuff. The different cars I understand completely, they are amazing to look at and can be experienced by driving or even just sitting in. Much of the other stuff just seems like an anchor though. It sits there taking up space, but it still needs to be cared for to keep in good condition. After a while you just have too much stuff, no matter how nice it is and it weighs you down more than anything. I have some nice things, much much less than Tim, that I’m having a hard time letting go of, but I want to because caring for them just to look at seems a waste. I prefer things I can use instead of just look at. All of Tim’s ‘stuff’ is easily sellable though so it’s far better position to be in to have to sell it than not be able to afford it all in the the first place.

The shmuseum channel should be a ‘what’s going on in the garage’ kind of channel. The up keep of the cars, servicing, washing them that kind of thing. From servicing the abarth I could learn a thing or two. I personally like that content.

Didn't even realised that 1 hour had passed by the way you explained everything and updates and specially whats on your mind because thats very hard thing to do because managing this very big platform and those cars and creating content again and again everyday, its very easy to ask questions and criticise but very hard to understand what you are going through and its okay to take some rest and somedays off and go for a vacation and chill out for a bit buddy you have came along way and you have along way to go stay safe stay healthy great work always great content big fan since long time ❤ much appreciated the hard work BTS 😊 🎉👏👏👏

Id love to see either brad or someone in your team or sphere review your own personal cars to see which is their favourite.

Wow this is a well thought out car museum and thanks for sharing this with us Tim. Loving the transformation and how cool this car museum is. In every car enthusiast dream to have this is nice to see someone like you accomplished this. Very well deserved and keep up the awesome vlogs!!! Saying hi all the way from Canada!!!

you're the man Tim, you're an inspiration. And man it would be entertaining to see you do a rebuild. Not as fun as driving around tho.

Merry Christmas Shmeee! I just wanted to know why Tom isn’t working with you? Is it a cost effective reason or just a fallout in the relationship?
