LECTURE NOTES- This form of knowledge has a hight status - It deals with knowledge about the most merciful - Allah Azza wa Jal. This is the single most best knowledge you can have. **HADITH OF 99NAMES** "Indeed Allah has 99 names. 100 less one. (To remind you and make firm that we are talking about 99). Whoeever learns them (learning them and repeating them in order to act upon them) they will enter Jannah". The purpose of learning these names is to use them in our d'ua and the more we know the closer we get to Allah. The Prophet ﷺ is the most knowledgable regarding Allah SWT. The mroe you know about Allah: 1. The more fear you have of him 2. The more khushoo you have in your salah "If you did not make dua your lord would not care about you" [25:77] There is no specific number for the names of Allah. There was no "Innamaa".There are some names in the Quran and the some attributes of Allah SWT. Allah: The only one who is deserving of worship, because of his perfection in his names and attributes. There is no noun that exists and is more clearly defined than Allah. There is nothing that has ever taken the name of Allah (other than Allah himself SWT). When you ask a group of people of different religions about their gods and then say Allah then everyone knows what you are talking about. All the names of Allah are perfect. No-one else has taken these names. The greatest name of Allah: 1st opinion: Allah 2nd opinion: Al-Hayyul Qayyum *********HOW DO WE IMPLIMENT THIS IN OUR LIFE************ 1. Never ever divert anything of worship to anyone other than Allah. Worship is of the heart,tounge and the limbs. Fear specific for Allah is ONLY for Allah Love specific for Allah is ONLY for Allah 2. Call upon Allah with this name. If you make a dua saying it will be accepted Inshallah.

It,s a delight listening to this series and also the Shaikh. My story of finding this Shaikh on youtube is interesting. I was looking for search results: Humble spoken islamic scholar and I got Tim humble listed in results . I try to listen youtube videos just before sleeping and sometimes the scholars speak loudly during their talk but withTim Humble he’s soft spoken consistently and he lives by his name Humble. May Allah SWT immensely reward Mohammed Tim Humble. Alhamdulillah so many scholars out there who help usbuild our eman stronger. I wish Tim humble can know how I started to listen his lectures. The evidence for that is the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in the saheeh hadeeth: “O Allaah, I am Your slave, son of Your slave… I ask You by every name belonging to You which You have named Yourself with, or revealed in Your Book, or You taught to any of Your creation, or You have preserved in the knowledge of the Unseen with You.” What Allaah has preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with Him cannot be known and what is not known is unlimited. With regard to the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), “Allaah has ninety-nine names, one hundred less one. Whoever learns them will enter Paradise,” this does not mean that He does not have any names apart from these, rather it means that whoever learns these ninety-nine of His names will enter Paradise. This is like when the Arabs say: “I have one hundred horses which I have prepared for jihad for the sake of Allaah,” which does not mean that the speaker has only these hundred horses, rather these hundred are prepared for this purpose.

The word Allah is but a short form of writing and pronouncing the term Al-ilah, nothing more and nothing less. I need to unpack what you said earlier see [1] Here is what is evident from the facts: the Quran uses the word Allah, the Quran does NOT R E V E A L the word Allah. Muslims and their scholars tell us that the word Allah was *NOT* revealed by God, *NOT* revealed by Mohammad and *NOT* revealed by the Holy Quran, *why do they say that?* The Islamic "scholars" say that, because of the FACT that the word Allah existed before Mohammad was born (his father was called abd-ALLAH) and the word Allah existed before the Holy Quran was revealed, thus Mohammad's ancestral lord of the Pagan's Kabba did *NOT* _r e v e a l_ the word Allah الله. The word Allah did NOT EXIST before the Arabs conjured it up from the term Al-ilah, *WHY would the Arabs do that?* For no other reason than to make the term 'Al-ilah' *easier to pronounce* due to its frequent usage as, they did with ( أناس ) and ( الناس ) both meaning the same "mankind" having the same linguistic meaning and root ( ناس ) Thus the *o r i g i n* of the word Allah is Al-ilah, *d e r i v e d* from the triliteral root word ...
