I hear a lot Chinese computer pro say " all intel 13 have big problem, if you use it it may explosion in random time " ,is that true?

@user-xv3vl9pq2s 2 cores Boost to 5.8 giving a Vcore of 1.5 Volt. Plus normal gaming senios 150-180 watts which is absurd. 1.5 vcore is degrading the CPU. I have seen 7950x with the same problem and don't forget about the 7800x3d burning up of voltage issues in the beginning.
