Thank you, Henry, for such a useful video. I am in Japan and have been seeking RIPs compatible with small Epson printers (Japanese models) with no luck. Even though some RIPs include small Epson printers, the models are the overseas version. Is Partner RIP compatible with Japanese printers? I would appreciate any help.

Hello Henry ive done this method with my l1800 and then are cleared or at least they all spray out clean from the print head but whenni reinstall and run head cleanings i get a few lines of white and black but nothing else...why if it flushed clean

Hello everyone and Procolored! Happy Christmas to you and a very important question. I bought the Precolored Model 1800 and did EVERYTHING exactly according to the videos on the sticks that came with it! It prints excellently and above all MEGA quietly :) My ONLY problem, however, is that the colors are NOT printed the way I see them in Photoshop EVEN THOUGH I also installed the PRO RIP 2.0 EXACTLY according to the instructions ;( Can someone PLEASE PLEASE help me with what I need to do Where am I going wrong? You must print by using their pro rip 2 software with their own icc profile. Refer back with your supplies.

if this only works for. your specific ink and pet film then what brands are you using? also only issues im having are that if a design has a light color and dark color in it the colors don't come out right. can you help with that?

Thank you, Mr. Henry! We've had our L1800 based DTF printer for a few months and just started to have ghosting issues. When I watched your video, I remembered the maintenance instructions from our printer's manufacturer included this step, but they showed the inside of the printer with ink splattered everywhere and that has never been an issue with ours, so I suppose I forgot we needed to clean the encoder strip.
