Today we are taking you on a tour of the cute "Downtown area" of Lyman, South Carolina. Small and quaint with plenty of room for growth here! Although Lyman is growing pretty fast, this area is more in the process. There is the new "Pacific Place" coming soon! That's exciting! There is also a new "Walmart distribution center", coming to Lyman 2024! Wow! It's no wonder we're seeing so many new home developments popping up in Lyman.

The "Cost of Living" is much lower here in South Carolina, and TAXES are MUCH lower than in many other places to live.
