That’s a beautiful home and the price is definitely right as long as there’s no HOA because nobody needs a landlord telling them how they can live in their own home what they can do love the house

A couple of missed opportunities in the pool area. Adding a spa next to the pool and a rinsing shower would have been great touches for a home selling for $1.5 M. No boat lift is also a detractor.

Property was sold in 2019 for 125k and it originally listed for 1.5 million. So it’s on a 1/3 acre let’s start with the landscaping nothing upgraded very minimally spent on that. Interior furnishings nothing high end all basic appliances flooring is generic wood plank ceramic tile. Sounds to me like someone is trying to hit a home run and how do they justify the selling price? It’s a buyers market now the bus left the station already. Good luck getting that price no wonder why it’s been on the market for 118+ days.
