Retired at 61 yrs old and this is perfect to travel around by myself. Super easy towing and setup. Don't forget mostly all campgrounds have bathrooms & showers if your worried about the cassette toilet and outside hot/cold shower spray. During the New England Winters I can take off and go camping for 3 months down in the Southern States. I do hate our Winters/Snow here. Hate it.

Solar should be by the battery other wise you have a cable waiting to be ripped off on the road. Ditch the propane fridge and go with a 12 volt fridge and small two burner propane stove top. Get rid of the dinete and increase floor space.

I've been searching for about a year now but can't find the configuration im looking for. I want a separate bed and dinette. A dinette for two would be preferable. A small wet bath toilet/shower. Electric water pump with onboard heater. Small kitchen with a two burner stove top, adequate sized sink and as much counter space as possible. Solar, air conditioning and propane heat (or possibly a Diesel heater)would be a bonus. Fiberglass exterior would be great. All built on the smallest possible trailer that's half ton towable

Check out the Sunset Park 149 or the Sunset Park 13BD. They have aluminum sidewalls but you could even get their volt if fiberglass is really important. (Same Floorplan as 149, just with lots of solar and fiberglass). Thanks for watching the video and commenting!

It all depends how tricked out you want your cargo trailer to be and if you diy or have to pay someone. It is possible to do a no build cargo trailer. Several big ticket items to make it livable. Insulation and lots of it everywhere and power source. 16 feet with 8 ft ceiling is a surprising amount of square footage to heat and cool. Been there, done that. Used a huge 1000 watt Honda gas generator in a specialty built hitch box. PIA to carry gas and oil to keep it running. I love my solar system mods in my 2019 ascape.

What is insulation rating. This is the first time I've seen any of your videos. It just seems really incomplete. Is it wired for solar or cameras? So many unanswered questions. You made the bed conversation look really difficult. What's the MSRP?

I mean, I'd prefer one inside but I love these outside showers to wash off clothes, dishes, gear and maybe even myself here n there. They aren't for everyone, though.
