We once had everything we ever wanted... the land was just right, the home built custom by us-for us, the neighborhood was great, we grew all our own food, business was great.... but we packed something.... the future, try as we might we could not see a prosperous future for our children. We could not see them able to flourish as Christians in Canada anymore nor be able to financially afford their dreams, Canada wad becoming far too expensive and so.... we made some massive changes....
We have made a huge family decision to sell everything and relocate to an area that will be safer for our family as Christians in the long term.
This has not been an easy decision but one we felt we needed to make for our children and theirs.
We took this summer off and traveled the USA and have now flown across the ocean to Tbilisi Georgia.
We rented an apartment/hotel in Marjanishvili Square for 8 days but have just found a house outside the city where we can spend the next weeks/ months as we wait for our paperwork to start our NEW adventure in Russia.
Join us as we share our journey with you on this channel and also via Facebook.

Many people run from vilages/ farm into the cities or west in search of better life and oportunity... They found invisible chanes... There is no feedom without nature and land.... Producing your own food and making home from land materials....that is the riches !!!

My hands hurt just thinking about milking by hand. From 1995-2000 I lived and worked on a dairy farm milking as many as 240 cows (mostly Holsteins and a few Jerseys). I'm no stranger to pulling baby calves out of birthing mama cows or getting kicked in the chest by an angry first time heifer/cow in the milking parlor. I liked the area you were visiting. It looks very wide open and peaceful. ❤️ It must be sad for those remaining there to see all of the empty dilapidated homesteads and remembering when it was alive and prosperous. Be safe and keep exploring! I really enjoy watching all of your videos. 🤩🥰🤗🙏

I couldn't understand why they did it by hand when they have a machine, I worked on a farm with 180 cows for 1 year, had a mix of Holstein and jersey as well. It was certainly a nice area, the air was so clean and pure and lots of big, solid houses. It would be nice to see people move back into villages like that and see it prosper!

Just found you folk and have subscribed. My husband’s family were German settlers in Russia and now my grandson has been 3 times to Russia to teach ESL and submerse himself in the Russian culture. He loves Russia and would live there. He presently is a professor of Russian studies at an American University. My late husband and I were short term missionaries in Pakistan and I was interested in hearing of 2 things you found in Russia/Georgia that we had in Pakistan……”squatty potty’s” and short brooms. Your vlogs are eye openers as to how it is in that part of the world. Western media paints quite a different picture.

Love going on the tour with you. Very interesting. Here in Texas prices for meat goats, sheep, and beef cattle are not good. Prices at auction are pathetic right now.

Do the cows go out during the day? Are they sanitize the utters when milking? You could also start your own Plant Nursery and grow trees to sale. They have a real need for trees .

Every year Georgia's population drops... many people have moved from the country to the city for better pay and lots of people have moved to other countries for the same reason. I think this a huge opportunity for westerners looking to start a homestead. Everything is cheap here compared to back home.

Sales issue. The EU market is closed. The Russian Federation is increasing production. Under the USSR, Georgia was the breadwinner. Agricultural production is growing worldwide. People need less and less in agriculture.
