The previous owners of those boats probably got tired of dumping money into them. Boats are money pits. BOAT = Bust Out Another Thousand! Cool vid Ryder!

I'm sure at one time there must be a caretaker looking after the boats. At 9:47 there was a small building seen at a distance. It could be the administration office responsible pertaining to the receipt and disposal of old and unused boats. But the office looked neglected probably closed and abandoned. Clearly the boats were not meant to be auctioned off as some looked old while some were totally damaged. Most probably they were meant for scraps. From the drone eye view there could be hundreds of boats laying abandoned and slowly damaged by the natural elements. Interesting video. A total change from the usual exploration of abandoned houses. Thanks Riddim Ryder.

great video! But you can tell you're not a big boat guy lol. A couple of those boats were cabin cruisers and would have had multiple sleeping areas (berths), bathroom (a head), small kitchen (gally) and seating area (salon). They are very deceiving on the outside and have lots of space inside. They are like a floating camper.

A lot of Bayliners… I’m shocked!
@randyscott33864 ай бұрын
You have to know the good bayliners from the bad ones . And they built a lot of bad ones . The larger trophys and explorers were the good ones . A whole different class of boats and a lot more money . They used to build boats for the average working man and thats how they became the largest recreational boat manufactuer in the world . Today it's Bass Pro . You gain a wealth of knowledge about the recreational boat industry when you learn the history of Bayliner . And then you start to understand where Westport , Meridian and all the others came from .
