Hi I just like to say I'm a older disabled gentlemen that has trouble walking and I can not get out of my home very much so I started watching people like yourself that go exploring rather than sit watching TV all day as there is a lot of crap on nowadays and i stumbled a cross you page as it came up as a recommendation. I have seen a lot of abandoned exploring and a few of your I think this is about the 4th or 5th that I have seen of your but this one was fantastic I could of watched it for a lot longer in fact I will say its a shame it wasn't any longer it was respectful it was informative I felt as I was the one walking round just wish you did them about 2X longer and I will be subscribing and thank you
@OlavXO9 жыл бұрын
+Jimmy Appleton (Appy) Thank you so much, sir. I`m sorry to hear that you are disabled. I`m really flattered that you rate my videoes as high as you do, it really means a lot that you like them. I have been requested to make my videoes longer, so I will definetly consider this for my next projects. Thanks for watching.

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell me this. I have huge respect for the work you`ve done and every other person in the health-sector. These places should always be treated with respect because of the history, but also because of the people that once resided or worked there. Thank you so much for watching and for your kind words.

I grew up in Sandträsk, its the name of the little village where the sanatorum is located. My Dad and grandmother still lives there, the owner of the sanatorium bought it in 2003 and had many plans to fix it up and do something with it. But it all went on ice when he couldnt get enough of sponsors to pay for all the work and stuff. So its now just falling apart, one section of the buildning is closed of now because the roof is about to collaps, if we get alot of snow this winter im certain the roof will collaps.. So unfortunately its too far gone to fix it up.

@OlavXO9 жыл бұрын
+jay crute Hey. From what I can tell it was a movie, hence the pictures were the same image over and over. I never read any of the books, just caught a quick glance at them, they were mostly about god, peace, freedom and tranquility. Not uncommon in this kind of place. There were no specific treatment to tuberculosis, so a faint hope in literature was probably worth a whole lot.

@OlavXO9 жыл бұрын
@Tamlin739 жыл бұрын
