I too wish Robin would do narrations. His Halloween time stories were very professionally produced and still maintained his own unique presentation. Please do more narrations, Robin. It would thrill us half to death!

Lovely village. Your intro was an apt memorial on Remembrance Day. We here in America will be remembering our veterans tomorrow on Nov. 11th. Let us all pray that we will never forget the sacrifices made in the "Great War to end all Wars". 🙏

Some interesting stone carvings and an unusual offsetting of the clock on the church tower. Inside - the walls are strikingly bare and the bright lighting/colour scheme only emphasises this. Some (locally-produced) wall tapestries might improve matters?

These videos are a salve for a weary, anxious soul. If only I could remove myself from modern society, pack it all away and purchase a tiny bungalow there, I feel my bones would feel less weary and my mind would quiet. I’d spend rainy mornings making cozy breakfasts and doing puzzles, then dozing in my big easy chair till time for my afternoon walk around the village. Puttering in my garden, working on my embroidery and reading my books, happily ever after. My appreciation is beyond words.

Have you ever read the book which compiles letters of veterans, giving their thoughts on what happened to the country after the second world war? Many wish they hadn't fought because they think the outcome would have been better if they hadn't. A very bitter pill to swallow. I understand that most people won't be ready for the truth, but eventually all will.
