Nice Trip! Do you speak creole a little bite ? You said PATE in the introducing of the video... In Haiti, PATE KÒDE it's one of the favorite's snake in the morning, and sometime we cook it at home in family. Everyone's like it. We cook it different things. A Haitian treat, these are pastries filled with beef inside, but the stuffing can be made of chicken, saur herring, ahhhh Saur Herring with that, you won't be able to resist with a little pepper, vegetables or any other topping of your choice.
