Join us as we delve into the fascinating world of Milankovitch cycles and their profound impact on Earth's climate. In this enlightening video, we explore the intricate astronomical cycles named after Milutin Milankovitch, which play a crucial role in shaping our planet's long-term climate patterns. Discover how changes in Earth's orbit, axial tilt, and precession contribute to significant climate shifts over thousands of years, leading to the cyclical occurrence of Ice Ages and warmer interglacial periods. We'll examine the current phase of these cycles and discuss their implications for our understanding of past and future climate changes. Whether you're a science enthusiast or simply curious about the forces that have shaped Earth's climate history, this video offers a compelling and accessible insight into one of nature's most influential systems.

"Your channel is something very very special. Top 3 on KZbin for this type of programming in my opinion. It boggles my mind almost as much as the information you provide in the shows, how you only have half a million subscriber’s. I feel like I’m getting in early on a community with the potential to reach 10 million subscribers or more. Just fantastic ground breaking work you’re doing here my friend. I’m honored to be a part of it. I will be making donations to the channel going forward. Thank you for what you’re doing from Canada. 🙏💫🇨🇦🍻"

🤔 watch SuspiciousObserver. This guy has done research yes, but a very biased position on the human element towards climate change, and the earth's tillt of 90 degrees which has papers and peer reviewed documents proving what's coming late 2030 early 2040, the issue is now that our weakening geomagnetic sphere is allowing for more damage to electronics and life on earth than it would with a normal field strength. A Minor CME causes auroras to be visible more than normal and more time than normal in a year, and if this guy is right then us mobile towards a cooler period why is it that we're heating up, I know, what heats the earth up normally on a day to day the sun, ok, now if the thing keeping us safe from'too much' sun is weakening greatly yearly, then would it be difficult to consider a natural heating up and more electrical and navigation errors as well as animals migration patterns being ruined. Dig a little deeper. You'll know you've hit the mark when you've come across the galactic current sheet's magnetic flip topic. Don't just push aside this offer to teach yourself that you have less time and that it's way worse, don't think of the friends and family that won't believe you but just ask them what they will do when they wake up and the sun's turned red . Peace be with you

Ok if it becomes too cold besides the fact we got lots of time before the Ice Age, If we increase our carbon footprint then we can keep the Earth warm. Sounds good to me.

Dark matter phase transitions could be a primary climate driver. If the solar system passes through an area of higher liquid dark matter content the planets cores would all receive more heat due to increased phase transitions thus heating the earth from the inside out. Heating of the planet from the inside out would result in : Increased ground temperatures Increased sea temperatures Increased nighttime temperatures Increased seismic activity Increased earthquakes We are currently passing through the S1 dark Matter stream which as it is going the opposite direction around the galaxy was described as a dark matter hurricane. There are multiple dark matter streams currently in orbit intersecting with the Milky Way it would be interesting to see if and when any may have crossed our path in the past and if there were any climate affects then.

Makes me ask if (one day we have ) orbital colonies, they actually orbit close to the sun.
@ZeitGeist_TV
@ZeitGeist_TV 3 ай бұрын
Orbital colonies maybe but closer to the Sun wouldn't make sense when you factor the inverse square law and remember that Earth's magnetic field protects us from a lot of solar radiation. It's one of the reasons you here talk of Moon bases and Mars bases using caves for protection from solar radiation.
@mauricio-wq5lu
@mauricio-wq5lu 3 ай бұрын
@@ZeitGeist_TV I agree. I should have phrased it better that the orbital colonies should be in a stable orbit around the sun at a safer distance.

If the ice ages end slowly over thousands of years, why did wooly mammoths suddenly die out 12,000 years ago practically overnight?

In Serbian language, you have to read every letter as it is written - so, i is ALWAYS pronounced as ''ee'' (like: win, pin), not ''ai'' (five)! His name is Miiilenkovic, not mailenkovic - in Cyrillic it is very clear : МИЛЕНКОВИЋ. Also his first name has to be pronounced as Miilutin, not maailutin (meelutin meelenkovic). One sign for one son = genial writing system, too ! No double letter, no deformation of letters trough different readings - once a child learned all letters, can read, understand and write all words in Serbian language. The oldest calendar of the world, that shows Year 7532 in 2023 is Serbian calendar, forbidden by Vatican's ''diplomats''! It was used in our churches in Kosovo that is stolen by NATO/EU and given to Albanian muslims.

Milankovitch cycles are just one factor that may contribute to climate change. Note: Earth’s current orbital positions within the Milankovitch cycles predicts our planet should be cooling, not warming.

That is NOT true, we are nearing the closest position to the sun in the last 100,000 years. Earth spends most of its time in ice ages.
