Bicol is not in the Visayas, Jaycation. It is southeast of Metro Manila, the other end of the island of Luzon. It mostly faces the Pacific Ocean.

Jay: got Valerio's Tropical Bakery in Ssn Diego? There is only one here in Waipahu district of Oahu...located inside of Seafood City right next to Jollinbee and Red Ribbon Bakery.

Yo Jay, Bicol region is in Luzon, considered Tagalog and not Visayas

The Bicol Region is in the southeast part of the Luzon Island consisting of several provinces. The people speak the Bicol dialect and they have a slightly different cuisine than the Tagalogs or the Visayans. Their food is generally spicier.

Fun to see the collab with Amanda and Felix. So much food in Hawai'i. Too little time. Always fun to see the latest trends in snacks, restaurants, etc. Lucky my neighborhood has a number of Filipino restaurants, from a mom and pop to one that is/was only open in the evening. My must have's are barbecue chicken and pork sticks. My favorite at Manila Bay in Serramonte was (pre-pandemic) their Monday special, thin grilled adobo pork.
