No, he would show off if he would do it with all bindings at the same time and that is a whole different deal. It definitely is possible but there are 2 tricky problems: minions in the fights with Zote and The Collector need to get hit twice (a whole different game!) and you need to avoid getting hit as much as possible by bosses who do double damage. Other than that you need to learn the fight with Markoth (no spell-cheesing :)) and get the endurance in the platform-phase against Absolute Radiance. Before I started it I thought that Markoth might be the biggest challenge but he actually is easy compared to Zote and Absolute Radiance if you have all the bindings on at the same time. The Collector was incredibly tough but you can start that life with 3-5 lifebloodhealth, depending on how careful you are against the Hive Knight, Elder Hu is a free boss, you should not get hit against him. The first phase against Collector is easy, that is just warming up, the 3-5 extra health for the 2nd phase is a huge deal.

So, I'm usually a D2R player, but had wanted to tackle this game for a while. I researched what I needed to do since I focus on achievements (for Xbox). I just defeated it for basic ending at 106% completion (missing Nightmare King Grimm, Trial of the Fool & 4 Pantheons). Once I defeat Fool, I will unlock Keen Hunter & get the Hunters Mark for True Hunter achievement. And once I get to 112%, I will then go and unite with the Abyss, to get the Sealed Siblings. Then I will face off with Radiance. The majority of the game though I have been doing 'busy work,' doing this, defeating that, going here after getting this upgrade, doing that after opening up that or that area....just so damn much stuff to do!

Little story time: When I first learned about the land of storm, I knew I had to acces it. "The Ultimate achievement" I said to myself. However I felt like doing one binding at a time was not nearly as cool as doing every binding at once in every pantheon. Thus I did this challenge and it was the most exhausting and mental breaking experience I yet to have in my life. Pantheon 5 alone took me around 2 month and half which says it a lot about difficulty, but the sheer pleasure of finally entering this place was magical. This was horrible but yet I still can’t wait to do the same in whatever Silksong pantheon equivalent will be. Seeing this video makes me proud nostalgic and stressed at the same time.

You don’t need to beat with all bindings…. Just complete first three pantheons, then dream nail the godseeker. There is a 2% chance you will enter land of storms. So essentially, dream nail it 50 times, and you will enter it. It may be time consuming, but not more so than doing all bindings.

What a great game. I got 112% long ago but picked it up again recently to do a Steal Soul 112% completion. I fell in love all over again so I decided to finally go for P5. I beat it yesterday after so much practice. Platinum trophy. Fist pumping. Lastly, I gave a delicate flower to Elderbug which I had saved as a final farewell to Hollow Knight. I slept soundly. Of course I kew of the Weathered Mask and how to get it, but it always seemed so absurd. I have 112% and the platinum. I Embraced the Void and took my place at the peak. I feel perfectly content with my accomplishments. But now this video. On this day. Granted, my HK skills will never be sharper. I have my boss strategies and charm setups optimized. I have all bindings done for P1 and P2 so I could have extra masks on P5. I could probably easily pick away at bindings in P3 and P4, right? What's one more run maybe? Just to see. Maybe go for 12 bindings for the extra mask in P5... Of course I should not try for this. I am at peace. There are so many other games to play. Surely I'm done. I'm done. Like, for real.

I wonder what it is the knight inspects or picks up, it kinda seems like a rare glimpse outside of hollow nest based on what little we know and see. I definitely hope it implies some lore about weird things from outside hollow nest we don't know very well, things like the "blackwyrm" feel very fitting to be involved in places like this

Hey Relyea, I think the land of storms is the place the little knight came from before he arrived back in hallownest. If you go to howling cliffs at the edge of the map you’re being pushed by a powerful wind, probably representing a storm. We know in the lore that godseeker is also seeking gods from all over the place and she’s a bit scared when you meet her outside the dream world. It might be that she locks away the trauma or something that she saw in the land of storms in order to complete her goal, but once that is finished, she remembers it and idk what it is either but it does make me very interested. Doesn’t the game add something in the hunter’s journal once you pick that item up?

When picking up the item you gain the "Wheatherd mask" entry in the Hunters Journal: (Copied from the HK fandom wiki) Strange mask from a godless land, passed down over time. The design suggests the wearer's thoughts were focused through the crest. ------------------------------ "Gods of Thunder, Gods of Rain! Why forsake thy servants? Will Our minds be left suffering, to ache alone? What God remains to deliver Us from this woeful silence?" - Lament of the Godseekers While we have no idea about what the Knight has been doing or where it has been, I personally belive the winds preventing us from leaving Hallownest are related to the Pale King, due to the Ancient Basin being windy before getting the Monarch Wings. I do think it is safe to say the Land of Storms is probably the Godseekers homeland.

@@fruktad921 the thing is that we know the knight left hallownest at some point, quirrel as well and I think even zote. So we can’t say that the wind is from the influence of the pale king that stops us since nothing “technically” stops us, just the game boundaries. Related to the land of storms, the godseekers indeed are searching for other gods since theirs left (or maybe died since we see giant corpses in the background)

It is not that much hidden, if you beat P5 with single bindings then already it unlocks and you will probably pass it by on your way down. When I finished P5 with all bindings on the same run I forgot about this little section and I passed by and then I thought: right, this is that thing and I went in it. It is fun to have this tiny bonus, I stayed a bit longer there than I had to to soak up the atmosphere. I am not sure if I did every binding separately too for P5, I might have done that on another savefile but on my last savefile I just did all bindings at once after practicing a lot in the Hall of Gods and with the segmented P5. Interestingly I wasn't really ready yet to do it but my gutfeeling told me to record that one time and I finished it the first run, after tenths of hours of practicing.
