I loved Juneau so much. It was raining even harder when we were there, but it was still glorious. We did a whale watching and Mendenhall Glacier tour and loved every minute of it.

Visited the Red Dog Saloon years ago when on a Holland America cruise. Lots of character. The floor was covered with sawdust. Also rode the tram. We really enjoyed Juneau.

Loved Juneau. Took a helicopter tour up to Norris Glacier and dogsledded on the glacier. One of the coolest things we've ever done.

Great memories from Juneau. We went rafting on the Mendenhall River. Weather looks, eh... 'bout the same... though you guys look COLD. Hopes for better weather coming, and a great trip from here. Don, Tony... of you go to Skagway, rent a a car, and drive up to Carcross. On a grand scale, only Acadia NP in Maine, and Wilson's Promatory in Victoria (Au) had a more promising vantage to behold. And, we saw bears... and Eagles... and Mountain goats.

We went on that tram, on our Honeymoon, after we did a tour called “bike and brew” they gave us unlimited flights of craft beers after biking around a glacier. We were hammered when we went on that tram and bought everyone we know Alaskan food Knives and bowls….fun day!

Oh my God I am so absolutely jealous at this moment watching your video of you walking the streets of Juneau we have been on lots of cruises to Juneau it is beautiful and we have spent lots and lots of money at the T-shirt shop you were just in I think we were the ones that kept them in business we have so many things still here at home that we got and you need to go to the top of the tram if you can because every time we’ve gotten there and we go to the top of the tram it’s snowing up above and just rain down below it’s a beautiful view to have a great time it looks like you’re having so much fun

On our Norwegian Encore cruise I was so looking forward to going to the Red Dog Saloon but we had a ship excursion for whale watching and the Mendenhall Glacier which were awesome but I can only see the saloon on the way back to the ship. Hopefully next time. Very surprised that the saloon was full with just 1 ship at port and at 60% capacity??
