Recently my charger stopped working and so I e mailed into support, got a confirmation and chased up twice. This was 5 working days ago and still no reply. How do I get support? 2 EV's here and not having a Zappi is a total pain! Thanks for anything you can do.

Proud of what Myenergi have done from a technical perspective, for British manufacturing (and as someone who married a Grimsby lass and is regularly up at in-laws and family in New Waltham) for the wider area around there, which is very much becoming a key area in the UK renewable business. This is one of the videos I will add to my FUD collection. If EVs are so unpopular (according to the naysayers) then what Lee and Jordan have achieved would not be possible. From six people with an unfinished product to a factory with three hundred workers spreading their devices to a global market. Myenergi is like the Tesla of home charging (in a GOOD way). As someone who has followed Jordan's story through Fully Charged and who saw her make her first appearance at Fully Charged I fully understand Jon's enormous pride in what she has achieved. I expect he feels almost like a proud father. Rob probably does too. God speed to Myenergi and all who sail in her.

Been a real fan of Myenergi from the beginning. When we finally got our electric car last year there was only 1 charger for us and that was the Zappi. Fantastic that they partnered up with Octopus for the IOG tariff. Brilliant British manufacturing success story.

My five year old solar PV system came with an EDDI unit as a poorer man's alternative to a battery, which would have doubled the installed cost. It has reduced my gas boiler's previous consumption by 2,000 units per year. (i.e. 20%) Glad to see this company thriving and wishing its continued success.

Aww that was lovely, i knew you and Robert had a hand in helping Jordan start MyEnergi so it was smashing to get the full story. Thanks to all the folk you mentioned, plus one more, Matt West of Go Green Autos as you know JP i got my ev in '22 i think it was. Couldnt buy from either of you in the end because we only had a fortnight to purchase after we wrote off our last ice car. It's a source of great sadness to me that i cant quite legitimately get my car near enough to the house to have a Zappi. Mind you if the council dont soon get their finger out and put in the promised chargers in the village hall car park i might just rebel. I could have one put in at the end of the front garden, drive the car onto the green, put a cover over the lead and charge over night once a week. Bit of a gamble as to how long it takes the council to notice though! One of these days i might be well enough to get to a Fully Charged/ Everything Electric show and say hello in person, you never know. Totally agree about the good side of social media, I've "met" some really lovely people, yeah you have to ignore the shocking walking egos and people who want to draw you into an argument but if you dont let them put you off you can become "friends" with people even though youre unlikely ever to meet. Gives a warm and fuzzy feeling when you cant get out much. Thanks for a lovely video, have a great time at the show. 👍🙏

Got my Zappi fitted last month and it's *almost* the perfect product. Only thing missing for some people (like me) is a Local API. Realise they're pretty constrained devices processing wise, so I was wondering if a small embedded MQTT or ModBus stack would be the way to go over a full-blown HTTP API?

Hi So I have just phoned your company to get info on ev chargers as I would like to keep it local and 20mins later the phone call was answered not a good start for a new customer. Turns out I was put through to technical who couldn’t help and said they would give my details to sales. By the way Ohme answered there phone immediately
