Nice video! The PU sheet they lay below the paving blocks 14:27 helps to prevent weed (grass) growth in between the blocks. In addition, it prevents the blocks from absorbing soil moisture and therefore preventing algae growth on top of the blocks, which can be slippery and dangerous to walk on. The gates (and barbed wire fence) are for the SGR infrastructure. it is to prevent entrance to the tracks for security of the infrastructure and safety of the people.

tall buildings are built according to the needs .. currently there is no need of tall building in dodoma...pssf has 11 storey building....dodoma city council has 12 storey hotel building and nssf is now constructing 18 storey building a 5 star hotel....so its not the matter of earth quake but tall buildings are built according to the needs ...in the past even dar or nairob even kampala had no tall buildings but now they are building tall buildings according to the city needs
