Who needs air- conditioning when you can just expose your 6-pack (😂) while eating! Lol! No amount of planning or scripting can replace candid moments like this! Love the light hearted nature of your videos!❤ Are you guys planning to travel in 2024? If so please visit Madeira. It is a wonderful place.

Thank you! We love silly moments like that the most 😂 We're actually back home again this year, but Madeira is definitely on our list for the future! We made it to a few countries in Europe last year which will be in some later vlogs but decided to save Portugal for when we can spend a longer time there. Any other favorite stops you recommend in Portugal?

@@twobetween You are welcome! I recommended Madeira because it is a little off the beaten path (although it is getting super popular now for even North Americans). We have visited Madeira every year for over 8 years until the pandemic and we are still fascinated with the island! It really is a magical place for too many reasons to list here! We also like Lisbon for the food and historical sites. Hope you can make it to Madeira one day! Really looking forward to your next vlog!!!♥️

I recommend that you guys head southward. Stop by Paksong, if you like coffee, and cool weather. Many things to enjoy there. Then head towards Champasack province and to Watt Phu. Head all the way to Moung Kong and the 4 thousand islands.

I heard Vang Vieng has the crazy tipsy tubing on the river. My buddy here in Cambodia said Vang Vieng is his favorite city in Laos. He really loves to vacation in Laos.

We surprisingly didn't see too much tipsy tubing when we were there but plenty of water activities - lagoons, river boat rides, waterfalls. It's a really nice stop, we highly recommend!

I was surprised the food is so expensive in Laos. In the U.S.A. before covid I was making my own meals for $1. After covid it is $2. In Thailand I pay less than $2 for a good filling meal at the food courts. I now live full time in Cambodia, but our food here is expensive. It is $3-$5 for a meal, but our rent makes up for it. In Phnom Penh it is $115 for a nice place, but I just talked to a local and he is paying only $20/month for a room with no A/C. I need my A/C though. ;)

We can relate, we always book rooms with A/C too 😅 Some of the Laos locals were saying food prices were getting high too, especially bigger cities like Vientiane. We actually visited Cambodia last year too which will pop up in some future vlogs, and we agree, accommodation prices were great but food definitely not as cheap as Laos, Thailand, or Vietnam. Haha but we want to know how you can pull only $1-2 per meal in the USA - grocery prices are getting pretty wild in our state!
